  2003 TRENT SCIENCE FAIR - A PROUD TRADITION!
                Adam Scott's Science Fair Success Continues!

The annual Trent Science Fair was held on the 8th on May, with an incrediblle turn-out from many different schools... but with similar results.  Once again, Adam Scott dominated the podium.  Adam Scott is a school with a proud tradition of participation in the Canada-Wide Science Fair.  Our school has earned incredible success over the past 16 years.  Our honours have included:  2 gold medals (both during the last 3 years), 35 silver and bronze medals, several Honourable Mentions and many special awards including the Minister's Award of Excellence, the Weissman Award and the Air Canada Awards (twice each), and an invitation to exhibit at the International Science Fair in London, England!  This Keep it up Adam Scott!!

Also continuing the proud tradition of Adam Scott science were its teachers!  In a show for over 500 science fair participants and friends, Mr MacMillan-Jones, Mr. Gagne, Mr. McAuley and Mr. Wright wowed the crowd for over an hour with a variety of demonstration from physics to chemistry (and even a dabble of biology).  This is the third time Adam Scott Science teachers have been asked by Trent to perform.
