This program is designed as a one-credit, grade 12 physical education course (Recreation & Fitness Leadership, PLF 4C).

Prerequisite:  Any Gr. 11 or 12 Open Phys. Ed. course.

 

Program Goals:

 

1.       Develop personal self-esteem and character;

2.       Acquire team building and social skills;

3.       Cultivate leadership development;

4.       Develop appreciation for a healthy, active lifestyle;

5.       Develop outdoor skills and physical fitness;

6.       Experience a variety of unique lifelong activities.
