Adding the French Keyboard in WindowsXP

Start - Settings - Control Panel - Regional and Language Options

Click on Languages tab - then Details button

Click on Add

Choose French(Canada)

OK

Click on Key Settings button

Click on Change Key Sequence button

Choose the following

OK - OK - OK

Done

To Switch Keyboard Languages

Press at the same time the Shift & Ctrl keys. This will toggle between English & French keyboard layouts.
