uThis is a rare plant in the wild.  It is called Parapara, Pisonia brunoniana.  It is fuound on coastal headlands.  It puroduces sticky seeds that trap small birds and insects that then rot and provide the plant with a natural fertilizer.  Note the glossy leaves.
