| We use the Yamaha MD8 Digital Recorder, which allows
us to record and operate on eight tracks independently. With the playback abilities, guitar players can solo over their own bed tracks, and singers can record more than one voice track, allowing them to harmonize with themselves!

We are using a Large Diaphragm Condenser microphone dedicated just for vocals: The Yamaha MXL 990. The MXL 990 Condenser Microphone with Shockmount has a silky, sweet high-end while retaining tight, solid low and midrange reproduction. The 3/4" gold-sputtered diaphragm creates a professional sound suited for digital and analog recording.
