Installing reports

• Delete old reports
• Select and Download new reports 
• Save to a folder on your hard drive or floppy. 
• Import reports using ReportSmith.  For details. See Below.

To be able to use new reports in ReportSmith you have to import each one individually.

OPEN ReportSmith.

Login as usual.

OPEN the catalogue.

Click on the IMP (import) button which is found on the right hand side of the tool bar.

BROWSE to the folder where you saved the files and select the file name you wish to import.

Double-click on Report Folders (or click once on the plus sign) and then select a sub-folder to place the report in. Click OK. (The OK button will not be available until you select a sub-folder.)

Repeat steps as necessary for additional reports.
